We are able to support clients with project delivery at all stages from inception to completion.

Ben Walpole

Founder / Director
Ben is a chartered quantity surveyor and highly qualified and driven professional. Ben has varied experience having worked in both contracting and consultancy roles.
Ben specialises in assembling consultant teams, project management, programming, and dispute resolution.
Sophie Walpole
BSc (Hons) FCCA
Finance Director
Sophie is a chartered accountant responsible for leading our financial strategy, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening performance.
Sophie specialises in financial planning, improving cost efficiency, and commercial decision‑making, delivering measurable improvements in profitability and operational efficiency.
Jack Buse
BSc (Hons) MRICS
Associate Director
Jack is a chartered quantity surveyor and regularly carries out quantity surveyor, employer’s agent, and bank monitoring roles. Jack looks to establish strong links between all members of the project team in order to provide the high level of service expected by his clients.
Jack specialises in project monitoring, feasibility studies, tendering and procurement.
Ben Lawrence

Associate Director
Ben is an experienced chartered quantity surveyor providing cost management advice throughout all stages of construction. Ben prides himself on building strong working relationships to ensure the client’s objectives are met.
Ben has experience across a range of sectors from residential and commercial, to ecclesiastical and leisure. Ben specialises in ecclesiastical and heritage projects.
Sophia O’Grady

Quantity Surveyor
Sophia holds a quantity surveying degree and works on various residential projects overseeing all commercial functions including valuations, assessing variations and preparation of financial reports for our clients.
Sophia is a highly effective communicator and is skilled in analysing costs and negotiation.
Angela Trowbridge
Office Manager
Angela oversees daily operations in the office creating an organised, efficient, and welcoming workplace for our team.
Angela supports our finance director with cost management and oversees our key regulatory compliance processes.
Piotr Jaworowski

Partner
Piotr is a chartered quantity surveyor and has held senior roles in a number of large central London consultancies. Piotr carries out quantity surveying, contract administration and bank monitoring roles.
Piotr specialises in cost planning, procurement and central London prime residential projects.
