Q Two provided quantity surveying and Employer’s Agent services to deliver this 11,000 sqft Cat B fit-out for an existing client.

We advised to adopt a ‘turnkey’ procurement strategy and partnered with a design and build contractor to deliver the design, construction and furniture solutions. The project was completed on time and under the client’s budget.
